As you have all gathered by now, I have not been publishing any posts lately. That’s because I have been working on a brand new project since I returned from Kenya.
As you all know, my youngest daughter Carmen was graduating high school in May – and that was going to be the start of my “traveling” as a digital nomad! Well, things have gotten a little hairy, but all my plans are working out just as I outlined when I launched this site. Savannah, the older one is in her second year at FSU.
Here is an outline of what has been going on the past few months.
I have been “housesitting” through that website www.housecarers.com as I told you I was going to start doing. My next “gig” is a beautiful apartment in Brickell (the high-end district of Miami) for a week at the end of September. I would like to do 3 or 4 more by the end of the year so that when I start traveling through the east coast next year, I will be able to really pick and choose the houses that I stay at. I will have enough reviews on the site that the owners of the houses don’t have to really think about it – they will just pick me to watch their houses and their pets.
I have not bought my van yet – but my truck is doing fine for now. Hopefully, by the end of the year, I have a nice van to travel with. I have several people looking out for the perfect one for me!
When I got back from Africa, I started to get a lot of interest in the college workshops that I had been doing here in West Palm Beach as a side-hustle. People from all over the country were calling to see where they could get the information and if I could teach them how to do the workshops in their state.
So – when I see an opportunity – I kind of “run with it” and
I put all of the information that I had been giving at the workshops into book format and it was just published and now it is on Amazon! How cool is that! My third book!
Click on the picture of the book if you want to see it on Amazon. It took me a few months to do the entire book. Which is why you haven’t heard from me lately! So if you want to write a book and publish it yourself, as I have done 3 times now – check out my page on SELF-PUBLISHING TO SEE HOW EASY IT IS TO DO!
I recently just did a radio interview about the book to start my media campaign. It was really cool! Check it out – click here!
The workshops are really what I love to do. My passion is to really help people and if I can help them get their kids into college without spending their own money – then I am happy. I have both my girls in college and I am not paying 1 penny to send them. I covered all the expenses including tuition, housing, meals, books and supplies and even spending money!
So now I am in the process of starting to market the book. The website is almost done – I have to add the other products that will go along with this new business but you can check it out at https://collegeworkshopusa.com/
I need to add the Group Coaching Sessions and the 1 on 1 Counseling services, along with the videos that will be sold as well. I did this all with the information that I give you right here at GypsyRoseFree – if I can do it – you can certainly do it too!
I am in the process of making Opt-In pages and Sales Pages that will go along with the Facebook Ads that I will run to actually market the book. As I complete them, I will add them to the information here on GypsyRoseFree so you can do it too.
I will be starting to travel in January (after the holidays) to hire and teach people how to run the workshops and create a business they can love too. So now I actually have a reason to travel. I love it when a plan comes together!
So that is why I haven’t been around for a bit, but for now on, I will bring you a weekly post on what I am doing and the different information that I am learning so you can have your own online business as well!
So TaTa for now – and I will catch you next week. In the meantime, start living your passion every day!
